• You are SOLELY responsible for all your trading decisions and outcomes
• All trades are executed based on YOUR predefined parameters and authorisation
• We do NOT exercise discretionary control over your accounts
• We do NOT hold, manage, or have custody of your funds at any time
• You should seek independent financial advice before trading

• Does NOT act as your fiduciary or agent
• Does NOT owe you any fiduciary duties
• Is NOT responsible for supervising your trading activities
• Provides technology tools ONLY — not advisory services

8. No Performance Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• We do NOT guarantee profits or positive returns
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss
• You may lose more than your initial deposit
• No assurance is given that you will achieve similar results

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Auto Trader shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or negative outcomes
• Technical failures or interruptions
• Market conditions affecting trades
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities
• Errors or delays in market data
• Broker-related issues or failures

10. Jurisdiction & Geo-Restrictions

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited
• Your use of this platform complies with all applicable local laws
• You are solely responsible for complying with your local regulations
• This platform is not intended for users in jurisdictions where such use would be illegal

Restricted Jurisdictions: This platform is not available to residents of countries where automated trading tools are prohibited by local law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion
• Refuse service to any individual
• Modify these terms with notice

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
